This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a training location in Athlete Connect. By following these steps, you can easily schedule and keep track of your training sessions. It includes details on selecting dates, start and end times, repeating events, and adding additional information. This guide is helpful for ensuring that you accurately capture your regularly scheduled training sessions.
1. Open Athlete Connect on your mobile device, computer, or tablet.
2. Select the “Enter Missing Whereabouts Entries” header for the quarter you would like to file.
3. Read the Whereabouts Filing Wizard Instructions and click the “Continue” button.
4. Use the “i” modal to the left of “Training” to learn about the training requirements. Select “Training.”
5. Ensure that the “Training” tab is selected at the top of the application. Enter the start date for your training by providing the “mm/dd/yyyy” details or by clicking the calendar icon.
6. Click the “Start Time” field or corresponding clock icon to enter your training start time. Next, click the “End Time” field or corresponding clock icon to enter your training end time.
7. Select the “Repeats” option that best fits your entry. Note that the “Repeats” option always defaults to “Never.”
8. To enter the days of the week you typically train at this location, select the “Custom Interval” option, and check the box for each day of this training entry.
9. Enter the date for your repeat training entry to end. For instance, you can select the end of the quarter. You can click the calendar icon on the right side of the screen or manually enter the end date by clicking “mm/dd/yyyy.”
10. Click the “Select a Location” dropdown to search for or add the location details for your training location.
11. Utilize the “Note” field to provide further details about how to locate you for testing at this location (e.g., identify which room or building on the campus).
12. Click “Add” button once your training entry details have been entered.
13. Navigate to “Home” in the menu bar. You may have to select the three-line icon in the top left corner to open the menu bar. This will take you to the calendar.
14. Select the appropriate date range and doublecheck your training entries are listed. Confirm that your training entries are accurate by tapping on the appropriate days in the calendar. Your training entries can be identified by the person icon located in the entry details section below the calendar.
15. To add a training entry after you have filed your Quarterly Whereabouts Filing, select the green “SUBMITTED” header for the quarter you would like to edit. Then repeat steps 5-14 above to add training.
16. Use the “Home” icon to navigate back to your dashboard once your training entries have been confirmed.
17. To add a training entry after you have filed your Quarterly Whereabouts Filing, click the “Add Entry” icon located on the bottom of the application.
18. Ensure that you have selected the “Training” tab at the top of the application. Enter the start date for your training by selecting the calendar icon or entering the “mm/dd/yyyy” details.
19. Click the “Start Time” clock icon to enter the start time for your training. Click the “End Time” clock icon to enter the end time for your training.
20. Ensure that you have selected the appropriate “Repeats” option, and click the “Select a Location” dropdown to provide the location details for your training.
21. Add a “Note” about your training location, if needed, and select the “Add to Calendar” button to submit your training entry.
22. Confirm your training entry in your calendar and press the “Home” button to navigate back to your dashboard.
